At a very young age, Amira Pérez Munguía discovered her passion for mathematics. However, it was not until she started a first bachelor's degree that her passion grew and mixed with a constant pursuit for quality; leading her to understand that management with results requires, undoubtedly, a strong numeric foundation. Shortly after, a second bachelor's degree would take her to conciliate the objectiveness of numbers and the subjectivity of people, as the most important organizational asset. During a first master's degree, she developed a methodology to evaluate the highly-risky Monterey Shale's economic cases. There, she was again found with a novel comprehension; information technology represents a management enhancer, which is specially true for complex systems where does exist uncertainty and accuracy is demanded. Time later, a second master's degree would drove her to affirm the importance of quality as the core agent for competitive leadership. At such point, she could conceive a statistics-focused, people-centered, risk-controlled, and quality-driven approach to administrate processes; under a systemic thought that uses advanced software. Today, she wants to share with you such knowledge, empowering your company to be one the first anticipating and leading the next age of our industry.
